Can I request a same-day or rush turnover?
Yes. Share checkout and next check-in dates and times. Rush and same-day visits depend on access, cleaning scope and confirmed availability; a request does not reserve a slot.
Do you coordinate laundry, linens and restocking?
These can be included in your requested plan. Tell us whether clean linens and restock supplies are on site. Laundry volume, sourcing and any supply costs are reviewed separately before you approve a quote.
How is completion documented?
Request a host checklist and completion photos. Agree on the areas to photograph in advance and avoid capturing guest belongings or personal information. Observed damage or missing items can be flagged; this is not an inspection or inventory guarantee.
Can property managers arrange recurring service?
Yes. Share your number of properties and expected turnover pattern. MRC HostCare plans are scoped to the calendar, property access and checklist; multi-property pricing and availability are confirmed individually.
